Each 'Chamomile Tea' box contains 20 individually wrapped unbleached teabags.

Ingredients:  Chamomile (Matricaria Recutita).

Flavour: Relax with every sip

Preparation: Place 1 tea bag per person in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 7 -10 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot with honey or lemon to taste.

Note: Every cup of tea will provide you with 5% of your RDI of iron, add a slice of lemon to this tea to achieve an even higher absorption.
