Ingredients: Peppermint (Mentha Piperita).

Flavour: Fresh minty taste.

Preparation: Place 1 teabag per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes for desired taste. Serve hot or chilled, without milk, with honey or lemon to taste.
